This introductory mindfulness workshop is the place for you to learn how to attain greater self-awareness and mental clarity in face of stress and challenges in life. Mindfulness is a mind-body practice that involves purposefully paying attention to whatever is happening. It helps you find greater freedom from habitual as well as reactive emotional patterns, make wise choices, and open up new possibilities for emotional resilience and self-compassion. In this workshop, you will experience the benefit of mindfulness practices and learn how to apply mindfulness in daily life.
